We are currently recruiting for a full time Night Order Selector at our Spokane produce distribution center. Schedule 4pm-12:30am or until finished. Saturdays Off! (days and times are subject to change depending on business necessity). The Role We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our Shipping/Receiving department, managing inbound/outbound orders, fulfill orders and any other duties assigned by your supervisor. We prefer candidates who have some warehouse experience, but we are wiling to train the right person! Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Pick orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system Operate equipment such as a Forklift and/or Riding Pallet Jack Build pallets and prepare orders to go out for delivery Double check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Communicate any inventory, stocking, racking or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors Qualifications Core Knowledge/Skills Efficiency: pick rate (items picked / hours worked) Quality: order accuracy % (error-free orders / total orders) Speed: ability to walk fast, lift fast, work fast to reach pick-rate targets (100-150 pieces picked per hour) Safety-focused: proper lifting procedures, safely operating equipment used, proper palet stacking, attention to detail to prevent accidents, injuries and/or near-miss incidents Required Experience Ability to work in refrigerated environment, 35 - 45 degrees Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressure Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities Supplemental Information This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
