This is a full time, hourly position
Pay starts at $20.55 an hour
10 hr shift

Position Summary:
Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills and aptitude preferred. The successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary. You may be asked to perform other tasks or assigned other duties, not included in this list, which management deems necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
Operator position responsibilities include:
Ability to operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently
Ability to perform product change overs
Ability to lift and stack up to fifty pound bags
Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
Accurately and legibly document data for reporting
Responsible for maintaining the quality of production.
Watch for and report all safety issues.
Follow all GMP and HACCP policies.
Able to work in a variety of conditions such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

The starting pay for this position is expected to be $20.55 hourly, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.

Employees will also receive: a minimum of 20 hours of vacation per year, which will increase as years of service increases, 40 hours of paid sick leave will be provided annually on January 1, 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and 1 personal holiday through the calendar year for colleagues with at least 6 months of continuous service. Eligible employees may also take up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave. Eligible employees may also take up to 26 weeks of short-term disability and transition to long-term disability, if applicable.
