The Engineering Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for "Aircraft - Vendor Maintenance Representative"

The Representative monitors vendor performance, maintains accurate records, supports invoice and warranty validation, and collaborates with internal teams including Engineering and Quality Assurance.

Required:

• Prior experience in aircraft maintenance, vendor management, or MRO oversight.
• Working knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel to vendor locations and work in on-site maintenance environments.
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory compliance (e.g., FAA standards).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

• Technical degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
• F &P License or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience with SMS (Safety Management Systems) and LMS (Learning Management Systems).

Additional Information:

• Location: Spokane, WA
• Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour
• Assignment Duration: 3 months contract

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
