What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage multiple data-centric products, ensuring integration with Data Warehouse and Data Lakes
- Maintain a prioritized backlog to support optimal team allocation and enforce definitions of ready and done
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Write clearly defined user stories and oversee acceptance criteria for product features
- Contribute to the generation of a high-level release plan, adjusting priorities based on stakeholder discussions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, Information Management, or closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, or Project/Program Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with external clients and fostering positive relationships
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed organization
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and ability to problem solve effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, or Information Management
- Agile certification from a recognized vendor (Scrum.org, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, etc.)
