About the Role

As a Residential New Construction (RNC) HVAC Installer, you'll install heating and cooling systems in newly built homes throughout the Spokane and North Idaho region. You'll work with builders, superintendents, and teammates to ensure every install is completed safely, efficiently, and to R&R's quality standards. Whether you're installing ductwork, running venting, placing equipment, or helping train apprentices, you'll play a key part in building comfort for families in our community.

What You'll Do

* Install HVAC systems in new residential homes according to plans and specifications

* Fabricate, measure, and install ductwork and ventilation systems

* Place and set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners

* Perform quality checks to ensure clean craftsmanship and proper system performance

* Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow all safety and PPE policies

* Communicate effectively with builders, foremen, and supervisors

* Train and support apprentices as needed

* Represent R&R with professionalism and customer-focused service

What You Bring

* HVAC installation experience preferred (we are willing to train motivated candidates)

* Certification & licensing reimbursement (EPA, O6A/O6B, etc.)

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders or in attic/crawl spaces

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship

* Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings (preferred)

* Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player

Salary Description:

$20-$24/Hourly DOE
