Position Summary:

You will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our mountain resort. This position involves snow removal and general maintenance tasks, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

• Operate a snowblower and shovel to remove snow and ice from decks and walkways.
• Utilize a trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Present a neat, clean and safe appearance while interacting with guests and owners in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist with other maintenance duties as directed by the Facility and Grounds Manager.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities.
• Engage with guests daily to ensure their comfort and provide assistance as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Education/Related Experience:

Minimum education required: English reading, writing, communication, and basic math skills. This is an entry-level position.

License Needed: Valid driver's license insurable by New Schweitzer LLC.

Equipment and Safety/Protective Equipment Used:

Hand and power tools, company vehicles.
