Description:

Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are a high-growth, market-leading software company operating in the B2B data space, empowering everyone to take action on their data. We're pioneering a new operational paradigm in marketing by leveraging an AI Decisioning platform that allows non-technical users to set goals and guardrails for personalized customer interactions.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on the front end (70-80% front end, 20-30% back end) to join our fast-moving team. You will be instrumental in developing the intuitive interface that integrates complex machine learning models, unlocking advanced growth and marketing capabilities for our customers. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the end-to-end development of features for a new generation of marketing and growth products, ensuring a seamless and powerful user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Feature Development: Architect and build features end-to-end, with a heavy front-end focus, for new marketing and growth products.
  • AI Integration: Integrate complex ML models into a highly interactive user interface, surfacing critical insights that empower marketers to make confident decisions.
  • User Experience: Craft intuitive interfaces for non-technical marketing and growth teams, enabling them to easily set up complex experiments and engage with advanced features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers, designers, product managers, and ML engineers to understand real-world behavior and translate business requirements into robust systems.
  • System Architecture: Independently lead and architect complex frontend systems, and be proficient in building CRUD applications with a solid understanding of backend API design and data models.
  • Future Challenges: Help build a deep analytics and observability platform to surface key marketing insights.
