Patient ratio: 7. Float to sister facility may be required if overstaffed. Highlights: 629-bed short-term acute care hospital with Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center designation Teaching hospital environment utilizing Epic charting system Work in Adult and Pediatric Emergency Department conducting crisis risk assessments Provide consultation on level of care recommendations for patients with mental health illness and substance use disorders Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including ED attending providers and advanced practice providers Free parking available on-site Requirements: Full licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State (associate license not accepted) Minimum 3 years of professional experience required Experience conducting crisis risk assessments for adult and pediatric populations Proficiency with Epic charting system required Hospital experience strongly preferred Skills in crisis intervention, suicide/homicide/self-harm assessment, emergency detention, involuntary holds, and biopsychosocial assessment Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Why Join Us?
