Program OverviewAre you a therapist who thrives at the intersection of mind and body? Who knows the power of collaboration in delivering high quality care? Our Integrated Behavioral Health program operates across Providence primary care and pediatric clinics, offering two models of care. In Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH), you'll practice with a wide scope, meeting patients in the clinic where they already show up — no waitlists, no siloed referrals, just meaningful connections with people who might never walk through the door of a traditional therapy office. In Collaborative Care (CoCM), you'll provide episodic, structured therapy alongside psychiatric consultation, supporting patients through a team‑based, measurement‑informed approach. Both models ask the same things of you: agility, a broad clinical toolkit, and the conviction that focused, well‑timed therapeutic work can shift the course of someone's health. You'll pivot across populations and presentations, draw on a wide range of interventional skills, and deliver care that treats the whole person.And you won't do it alone.
