June 28, 2024Location: Tri Cities, WAJob Title: Construction Project Manager Wage: $100k-135kThe Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of Apollo Solutions Group projects, including but not limited to:Track and forecast project-level financials and report to leadership at regular intervals utilizing company financial reporting systemCoordinate and schedule subcontractors with ASG Site Supervisors and the client.Help the project development team develop the scope of work and the guaranteed maximum construction costs through site reviews, estimating and risk review participation.Produce and manage project CPM schedulesClient change order management: assemble estimates, change order proposals and negotiate with client.Manage subcontractors and vendors through effective communication, subcontract scope and change management. Negotiate subcontractsDocument and keep record of all critical project communicationsAttend, lead and document project meetingsMentor assigned staffManage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and prospects of future opportunitiesSkills and Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyDisplay sound judgement, diplomacy and tactFinancial aptitudeTechnical skills: interpret drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
