Take inbound calls from Service Technicians Trouble shoot I Phone issues Process emails in a shared email box Work reports in Service Max Follow-up with any combination of Service Reps, Customer Service Managers, Field Supervisors (or others) to ensure the client's needs have been met. Provide support to our field Service organization

Strong Teamwork skills Strong interpersonal skills Experience with inbound & outbound Client communications Desire to be a part of an important and highly visible Field Support Group Motivation to assist our Field Technicians to exceed Client satisfaction Proven ability to quickly shift focus from one task to another Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Preferred experience with Service Max and/or SFDC Preferred MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills Preferred-foreign language skills
