Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and laws while operating the bus
• Obey traffic laws, local ordinances, and all company policies and procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bus
• Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers and other team members
• Collect fares and issue tickets to passengers
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices when needed
• Monitor and report any mechanical issues or other concerns
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping for mileage, hours of service, and passenger counts
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, answering questions and addressing concerns
