**CHAS Health offers up to 6 weeks of PTO per anniversary year for full time employees.**

****Loan Reimbursement Program** that provides reimbursement for student loan payments up to $5,250 per year for CHAS Health employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week who have completed 90 days of employment and are in good standing . This program is for employees with qualified student loans that are not eligible for state or federal loan repayment programs.**

****Purpose of Job:**Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing coordination of clinic services to ensure quality patient care and financial viability. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Works at the direction of the VP of Operations to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations of CHAS clinics. Assists in Operations and Quality Improvement projects. Recommends ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day clinic operations. Creates and maintains positive staff relations and efficient care. Performs a variety of administrative support and analysis functions. Completes a variety of assignments simultaneously, with ability to work according to deadlines Maintains confidentiality and professional attitude. Performs other duties as assigned or as needed. **Qualifications:**Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience required. Working in a community health center setting helpful. Supervisory experience in healthcare industry preferred. Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication. Organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated competency in personal computer and related software, including MS word and Excel required; experience with EHR is preferred. Exceptional project management required. A basic understanding of financial and accounting principles required. Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high stress and changing priorities. **Physical Demands:**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, use vision, stand, sit and be mobile. The employee will use hands to finger, handle or feel. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
