**What this opportunity involves:**

As a Concierge team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic and first-class service that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and customers.

As the first point of contact, you are responsible for welcoming customers and visitors with genuine first-class hospitality and thoughtful services.

Youll be based at Central Park, Perths most prestigious and renowned office tower, which has recently been refurbished. Youll be one of a team of 4 Concierges, maintaining smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, as well as completing tasks to the highest standards.

**Duties include:**

* Providing a unique welcoming experience for all guests, customers and visitors

* Handle internal & external calls and correspondence.

* Be the go-to specialist for all customer & guest enquiries

* Set up and break down of meeting rooms and events

* Assist in organising and coordinating events and orientations

* Food and beverage co-ordination

* Conference Centre IT set up

The role is part time Monday - Friday on a rotating roster across two shifts, Morning 8am 1pm and afternoon 1pm 6pm.

Youll have some experience working either in a hospitality or customer service delivery role & youll bring your strong Customer Service A-Game to JLL.

You will be willing to learn and have a can do attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build a good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
