As a Retail and Concessions Program Specialist you will: serves as a technical consultant and recognized authority for evaluating and resolving the most complex retail concessions matters that arise.

Major duties include:

* Serve as the senior specialist over the most complex retail and concessions program matters that arise within the Branch and Region.

* Serve as a technical consultant and recognized authority for evaluating and resolving the most complex retail concessions matters that arise.

* Evaluate retail and concessions projects and services to assess if they are meeting challenges from the workforce and demands of client agencies.

* Evaluate retail concessions projects to fast-track projects and tailor services to implement modern, state-of-the-art services, equipment and facilities.

* US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)

* Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date

* Undergo and pass a background investigation (Tier 2 investigation level).

The GS-13 salary range starts at $106,823.00 per year.

**SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:**

Specialized experience is one year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in which you were/are responsible for contract administration and the installation and operation of concession facilities.

* Knowledge of retail concessions service program initiatives, related laws, regulations, methodologies and/or policies.

* Knowledge of GSAs mission, programs and legislative history to develop and advise on policies to implement Retail Concession program goals.

* Knowledge of project management as it relates to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of retail concessions projects and service delivery efforts.

* Knowledge of Federal Management Regulations.
