We are currently looking for a part-time Male Resident Monitor (graveyards), witha passion for human services. What you'll do
As a Residential Reentry Center Resident Monitor I you will be responsible for guiding, assisting and supporting residents in their transition back into community life by carrying out the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Resident Monitor I is responsible for ensuring program and facility safety, monitoring resident movement, verifying resident employment, and supporting structured cognitive and behavioral-based programming designed to promote risk reduction and successful community reintegration. This position maintains a continuous state of alertness and awareness in order to ensure control and security of the facility and residents.
As a member of the PHS team, the Resident Monitor I collaborates with other staff and community partners to promote a pro-social and supportive program climate that encourages the development of independent living skills. A resident monitor is encouraged to make recommendations to operational policies and procedures consistent with program goals and the agency mission.
