**Cleaning Services Employee - Defence Garden Island Casual**

Immediate start available to join a supportive & friendly team

Shifts will be - Mon to Friday 6 am to 2:06 pm ( 30 min unpaid break)

Pay Rate - $27.14 per hour + 10% Superannuation

**About the Role:**

Ventia Defence sector have several opportunities for cleaners to provide a high standard of service to Army Barracks, Military bases, and general Defence sites.

The successful candidates will be a part of a dynamic team that promotes and supports inclusion, diversity, and career progression.

**Duties include, but are not limited to:**

* Spot cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping surfaces

* Cleaning toilet facilities

* Rubbish removal

* Accommodation cleaning

* Routinely maintaining indoor greenery

* Cleaning glass both internal and external

**Skills and Experience:**

* Proof of Covid-19 vaccination certificate

* Previous commercial cleaning experience.

* Australian Citizen (in order to obtain defence security clearance).

* Able to obtain Police Check.

* Reliable, punctual and well presented.

* Drivers Licence and own transport to get to and from site.
