Change Management Associate - Healthcare (4-6 years experience) Location: Washington, DC Type: Full TimeMin. Experience: Mid Level As the COVID-19 crisis emerged and continued to grow in the United States, DCG supported our federal client in identifying the need to expand their internal capacity to produce, store and distribute PPE and to integrate emerging technologies, such as 3D printing to improve surge response capacity. As we look to the future, DCG will support our federal clients ability to provide innovative healthcare technology solutions to overcome challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, such as 3D printing, to increase medical personal protective equipment inventory.

As such, were seeking a talented change management specialist to provide support to implement disciplined, comprehensive, and flexible change management processes, using the Prosci framework in support of the concept development and potential future implementation of the medical PPE production project. In this role, the specialist will map out and build the change management infrastructure, including project planning and documentation support.

The specialist may be responsible for performing tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within organizations, programs, and projects. Tasks may include:

* Developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change

* Completing change management assessments and change management strategy

* Identifying and managing anticipated resistance

* Creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan

* Supporting and engaging senior leaders

* Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

* Integrating change management activities into project plan, and evaluating and ensuring user readiness

* Managing stakeholders

* Tracking and reporting issues

* Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress

**Location:** *Currently the entire DCG team is working virtually due to COVID-19. Though DCG does have office space in Washington, DC, we are open to this position remaining virtual.*

**Position requirements**

* A minimum of 5-6 years of change management experience

* Experience supporting or conducting stakeholder interviews

* Skilled at using Microsoft Excel

* Proven experience with project planning and process documentation

* Certified in change management, preferably Prosci certified

**Strongly Preferred Experience**

* Prior experience with PMO organizational design

* Prior experience in management consulting

Communications Planner and Outreach Specialist Location: Washington, DC Type: Full TimeMin. Experience: Mid Level DCG Communications (DCG) is seeking a Communications Planner and Outreach Specialist to provide planning and assessment support for the Meet Your Army program. This public outreach initiative seeks to connect the American people to their Army through direct engagement by Army leaders, both in-person and online through social media. Meet Your Army support will inform and educate the American communities about the Armys readiness, roles, mission, capabilities, people, and challenges in geographic areas where there are minimal Army connections.

**Location:** *Currently the entire DCG team is working virtually due to COVID-19. The team will return to the client site at the Pentagon following the easing of pandemic-related restrictions.*

**In this role you will:**

* Plan numerous engagements throughout the year to take place within a 24 to 48-hour time span, primarily in the 22 priority cities in support of Meet Your Army

* Develop a detailed analysis of Meet Your Army focus areas

* Support all planning for visits and engagements by Army Senior Leaders

* Research Center of Influence (COI) and audiences to help plan for Meet Your Army trips and provide key stakeholders talking points and/or topics to address with these specific audiences to maximize interest and reach

* Coordinate with key internal and external organizations to ensure continuity of messaging

* Provide assistance to Army commands and organizations in planning Meet Your Army trips

* Analyze internal and external data to determine the efficacy of Meet Your Army Support efforts

* Draft After Action Reports (AARs) for Meet Your Army trips

* Maintain a repository of resources

* Maintain a monthly Meet Your Army calendar

* Provide reach-back support to client

**Position Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree with a focus on communication preferred, or equivalent years of military experience

* 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent experience within a corporate/government environment

* Experience and comfort cold-calling local and national industry members

* Proven attention to detail and organizational skills

* Experience working collaboratively within a team environment

* Experience in planning, managing, and executing stakeholder outreach campaigns and effectively growing the number and quality of engagements

* Familiarity and comfort with the military/Veteran culture

* Knowledge of public relations best practices

* Outgoing personality with the ability to develop new and existing relationships

* Experience supporting military services strongly preferred
