**Hours:** Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM

**Position Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative and projects support to the Warehouse Management team.

* Perform data entry, create spreadsheets and prepare reports.

* Create and review productivity, equipment, and KPI reports.

* Manage warehouse projects, schedule and coordinate vendor work, and assist in tracking warehouse equipment assets.

* Conduct monthly equipment asset and warehouse operations audits.

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required. College diploma or degree **preferred.**

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook Email.

* AS400, WMS, or other Warehouse Management system software experience **a plus.**

* Experience in a warehouse environment or large distribution operation **preferred.**

* Strong administrative and organizational skills is **a must.**

* Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
