Position Summary
Responsible for taking inbound calls and scheduling patients for provider appointments.
Position responsibilities
Answer Inbound calls and assist with scheduling appointments
Update system with schedule
Attend any meetings as requested by leadership team
Other duties as assigned
Pay range 14.50 to 16.66 an hour

Education and Experience
High school diploma or
Strong Organizational Skills, Good Phone & Conversation Skills
High Level of Professionalism with email, phone and verbal conversations
Moderate Internet, Computer Skills
Moderate Microsoft Office Skills
Multi-System Operating Skills
Work environment / physical requirements
The position requires the dexterity to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, keyboard, mouse and telephone
Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time with frequent bending and stooping
