About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Director to oversee the front-of-house operations and leadership for our events. This pivotal role is responsible for building a strong and reliable staff base with a strong focus on the recruitment, training, and development of event leads (catering captains). The ideal candidate will have a robust network in the Seattle area, a strong understanding of event budgeting, and the ability to manage staffing and event execution in alignment with budgeting standards.
