Description:

We are looking for full-time in-office (40 hours per week) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to add to our team. If you have two or more years' experience working directly with customers, enjoy working with people, and have excellent communication skills, this position if for you.We are a successful 60+ year old company, with multiple locations, that provides credit to a broad range of qualified consumers. We have long term relationships with our customers and our dealers by extending credit with fast friendly service and integrity assured.As a CSR, you are critical to the success of our organization. Your day will include interaction with diverse population of customers (primarily by telephone) providing general customer service, provide solutions, and negotiating. You will perform a variety of customer service-related duties as well as administrative support for branch operations (e.g. posting payments, processing paid accounts, mail and title processing, and accounts payable).Qualifications:High school diploma (or equivalent) and two or more years' experience working directly with customers.Strong computer skills -proficient in Microsoft Windows.Previous call center customer service a plusExcellent verbal communication skills; must have professional phone voice, clear pronunciation/clear voice.Must be willing to authorize and pass a criminal and credit background check.Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30 pm in-office (NOT REMOTE)Starting salary $20.47 – 21.47 depending on qualifications and experienceLocation: 14916 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision coverageVoluntary Life/Disability401(k) planPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramIf you think you have what it takes to do this job, please apply by submitting an updated resume outlining your experience, skills, and education.
