The Custodian will perform a variety of routine custodial, housekeeping, and general maintenance functions to maintain the cleanliness, safety and care of Lakeland Village. This position instructs and checks the work of others, assist in the hiring process, trains and assigns work for lower level staff. Evening and Nigh t shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.
