Safety-The number one requirement of the position is to be the absolute safest driver.
We will be delivering in all weather !
When driving your safety will be tracked, events such (but not limited to) as speeding, seat belts usage, adherence to all traffic signs (stop sign, no U-turn, etc.), following distance, and distracted driving. Each of these safety events put the community and our team at risk. WE ALWAYS AIR ON THE SIDE OF SAFETY. When driving and going door-to-door. The safety of our team members and our community is our number one goal!
Hard work- This is a very physical position; every shift is a 10 plus hour shift that will require you to get in and out of the delivery vehicle on average 100-160 times a day delivering roughly 200 +/- packages a shift. You WILL SWEAT from start to finish as you work on efficiencies to better your skillset and provide the highest customer experience. Everything in the delivery app is streamlined for you: vehicle safety checklist, navigation, presorted totes, it even tells you what type of package you are looking for. You load your vehicle up in order to organize based on the app then deliver one tote at a time!
Pay-
Schedule- EVERY SHIFT IS AN EXPECTED 10 HOUR SHIFT. 9:40AM-8:10 PM (30 Min unpaid Lunch)The difference between a full time and part time position is the number of days worked a week. Both will require the availability of at least 1 weekend day. Every shift will start and end at 12315 W McFarlane Rd Airway Heights, WA 99001. Shift length varies from 8-10 hours.

Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Pass a 7 year criminal background check
- 3 year Motor Vehicle Report check

- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

- Base Rate is $22 an hour. With a WEEKLY paycheck.
