We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth minded individual to be a Commercial Roofing Foreman in our Spokane Valley Office. Expect an active, fast-paced workday where multi-tasking is essential.Minimum Qualifications:* Four (4) or more years of experience in Commercial Roofing* High School Diploma or GED* Knowledge of a variety of single ply roofing systems* Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations* Must be able to climb a ladder & work at heights; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs* Have a current and valid Driver's License* Current Driver's License with No Restrictions* Successfully Pass Drug Screen and Background CheckEssential Functions:* Review project plans with Superintendents at the start of each project* Provide leadership to the team during installation of quality roofing in a safe and efficient manner* Ensure your crew adheres to Company's safety and quality procedures and regulations, including OSHA & L& compliance* Communicate directions from Superintendents and PM to your crew* Inspect work performed and ensure installation guidelines have been followed according to manufacturer's requirements* Communicate progress of job and any issues to Superintendent* Responsible for job completion according to schedule* Responsible for paperwork completion and employee time entry* Direct customer interaction and relations* Maintenance of project worksites* Responsible for company issued equipmentKnowledge/Skills:* Ability to work at heights while following proper safety protocol* Ability to make timely decisions using sound judgment* Deliver excellent customer service* Carry out basic math functions, including taking measurements* Present with professionalism* Ability to communicate effectively* Ability to problem solve* Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines* Follow through with completing tasks on time or notify appropriate person with alternative plan* Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objectsPerks & Benefits:* Company Vehicle* Fuel Card* Laptop* Cell phone* 100% Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance coverage for Employee* PTO* Retirement Plan with Company Match* Profit sharing bonus (to be discussed during interview process)* Continuing Education and Development
