As a Lead R&D Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to lead critical projects to develop PVD sputtering Targets primarily through powder metal processing. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of powder metallurgy processes and technologies to develop new products and improve product quality. Your deep understanding of powder processing principles and practices will be instrumental in the development of innovative products and solutions. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to improve our process and products. This role involves complex problem solving and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams that span the organization.
