Volt is immediately hiring a Construction Project Coordinator in Spokane, WA.


As a Construction Project Coordinator you will:


  • Facilitate the development of detailed work plans including but not limited to, schedule, cost plans, resources, contingency and communication plans.
  • Maintain project documentation control systems; identify, analyze, and communicate project performance issues regarding scope, quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Coordinate the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Facilitate project contract administration.
  • Manage routine, low risk projects.
  • Assist in the development of project strategy and supporting business case.
  • Adjust project scope, timing, and budgets of projects, if needed.
  • Communicate project strategy and direction.
  • Track key project milestones, performance and recommend adjustments.
  • Update and track short and long-term budgets.


This is a full-time opportunity, onsite in Spokane.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Great communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Management/Coordinator role.
  • Experienced in contract management and compliance.
  • Experienced in setup, startup and commissioning, closeout and archiving.
  • Proficiency in the management of document controls; including but not limited to Submittals, RFIs, and As-builts.
  • Ability to run productive and concise meetings.
  • Ability to utilize scheduling software to monitor and manage schedules, such as Microsoft.


Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour.


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
