Job Overview:

TD&H Engineering is seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to join our team in Spokane, Washington. This role focuses structural design and analysis. The candidate will work under the guidance of experienced project managers, all holding professional engineering licenses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural designs and analysis for a variety of projects ranging from residential, commercial, and industrial.
  • Prepare and organize detailed technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients on multiple projects ensuring timely completion.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed EIT (Engineer in Training) is preferred.
  • 0-15 years of structural analysis and design for buildings.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit software, as well as structural analysis programs such as Enercalc and Risa is preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency in report writing and working with excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Experience with structural detailing, working with structural drafters and architects.
  • Experience with wood, masonry, steel, concrete, and cold-formed metal design.
  • Experience with condition assessments and in-situ structural evaluations. Able to recognize load paths of existing structures and to formulate retrofits/renovations.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects with multiple clients.
  • Ability to think through problems, break down tasks, and prioritize work.
