TSP is engaged in a direct hire search for one of our clients. Our customer is a leading global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapies to address high unmet medical needs and improve the lives of patients.

As a result of the company's Medical Affairs department expansion, our client is looking for a talented and motivated Medical Science Liaison Neurology to join the team as a scientific and therapeutic expert committed to scientific exchange within the healthcare community. This position may be filled at a senior level given the experience and background of the successful candidate. This is a field-based position.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD)
  • Prior experience in neurology-related field required. Preference given to those with pharmaceutical industry experience in multiple sclerosis. Immunology experience a plus.
  • Previous experience (2+ years) as an MSL or in Medical Affairs strongly preferred.
  • Experience in clinical research and/or direct patient care ideal.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audience types.
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with others.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt within a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel (75%) and easy access to a major metropolitan airport.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000.
