Join a national, full-service civil consulting firm seeking an experienced Aviation Project Manager to lead aviation infrastructure projects across the U.S. This role requires a strong background in airport design, project management, and FAA grant processes, with opportunities to oversee projects from planning to construction.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with 10+ years of aviation experience, a strong technical foundation, and excellent client management skills. You will be responsible for project execution, client development, and mentoring staff while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage airport infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as a primary client liaison, maintaining and developing strong relationships.
• Oversee detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical guidance, quality control, and project oversight.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to support aviation team growth.
• Develop proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and sub-consultants.

Minimum Requirements:

• PE license & Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 10+ years in aviation design, project management & construction administration.
• Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars & grant process.
• Business development and client management experience.
