Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
2. Implement robust management strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization and support business objectives.
3. Conduct detailed analysis and forecasting to anticipate requirements based on sales predictions and growth initiatives.
4. Develop processes to track capacity and inventory with high fidelity, partnering with engineering teams to define solutions.
5. Find opportunities to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and minimize stockouts while maintaining high service levels.
6. Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure plans align with business strategies.
7. Apply advanced techniques and tools to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
8. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
2. At least 15 years in supply chain management, with a proven leadership track record.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel and Tableau.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and work in cross-functional environments.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions to complex challenges.
6. Ability to convey complex information effectively through verbal and written channels.
7. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Compensation Range for WA applicants: $212,223.00-$297,111.15

Benefits:

2. Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
