Are you interested in using applied data skills and techniques to support a key mayoral initiative of the city's homeless response efforts? The Unified Care Team (UCT) is seeking to fill a position responsible for helping to create, and lead UCT data driven processes across multiple departments, including providing decision makers with high quality data-driven analytics and supporting operations staff with relevant business intelligence tools. The UCT brings together more than a dozen city departments and partners for a coordinated, strategic, and data-driven approach to ensuring Seattle's public spaces, sidewalks, and streets remain open and accessible to all.
The UCT Evaluator will lead UCT data and evaluation strategies, including maintaining and creation of performance measures utilizing the Results Based Accountability framework. You will use applied data analytics for program monitoring, evaluation, analytics, business intelligence, visual communication, and the development of actionable insights. This position will also leverage and support various city department staff by facilitating conversations on how to utilize data for process improvement, data storytelling, and actionable insight.
This position reports to the Unified Care Team Deputy Director and will work closely with data analysts and admins across multiple city departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years in systems, operational, procedures, research or analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Research and Evaluation, Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration or a related field.
OR: An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the position duties.
Desired Qualifications:
The full salary range for this position is: $50.08 - $75.12 Hourly. This position is posted as open until filled. The first pull of resumes will occur Tuesday, March 25th, 2025. Subsequent pulls will occur every 2 weeks unless a candidate is identified.
