**Job Overview:**We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team at D-McP Construction Company. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and durability of our concrete projects by preparing forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces with precision. This is a full-time position based in the Spokane Area, offering a competitive salary range of $35 to $55 per hour.**Responsibilities:**- Prepare forms for concrete pouring according to project specifications- Pour and level concrete to the required depth and consistency- Finish surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve a smooth and professional appearance- Monitor the curing process and apply sealants or coatings for protection as needed- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards**Requirements:**- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role-Ability to Clock in and out using mobile app-Take notes of work completed- Proficient in concrete mixing and finishing techniques- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans- Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work- Strong communication and teamwork skills-Provides own hand tools -Open to travel.-Machine work experience is a plusD-McP Construction Company is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
