In this role you will provide mechanical, electrical and system communication service expertise for the repair and ongoing maintenance of company products in the US. Speak with customers and the organization's team members on a daily basis to identify and respond to service needs in the field and at the company facility. Use skills to troubleshoot and diagnose product performance issues and make necessary repairs, as required effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities include building and sustaining quality customer relationships, extensive US travel (up to 80%) for on-site service repair with occasional international travel, providing phone support, participating in after-hours support rotation, offering backup dispatch assistance, performing in-house service repairs for company demo pool and customer products, supporting quality control inspections, documenting case service reports, diagnosing and repairing equipment, completing approved weekly overtime, staying updated on technical knowledge, maintaining a clean work area and caring for tools, fostering positive relationships with peers and management, and ensuring adherence to safety rules, regulations, and company policies. Additionally, the role involves performing any other duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Base salary is $80 - $90K plus overtime, mileage reimbursement, phone and laptop, credit card for travel and $80 per day for meals. Travel paid, bonus, benefits and 401k.
