What we are looking for!

A full-time Shift Supervisor staff at our Reentry Center located in Spokane Washington. We work with men who are reentering our communities and assist them with getting employment and becoming productive members of their community. This is a reentry program that is staffed 24/7 and this position requires one on call week a month.

Our ideal candidate will be empathetic, a team player, have excellent boundaries, and written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, and willing to learn and represents themselves as a positive role model.

We are looking for a team member to help provide the safety and security for this population, while role modeling positive behaviors as they embark on a new life leaving incarceration and working towards stability and a healthier life. In this position you will have duties such as: searching persons and areas, identifying and removing contraband. Learning to navigate DOC platforms, documenting communication, incident reports, drug screens etc. and keep an accurate, chronological log of events. Ability to instruct, assist, and when necessary, demonstrate to peers, the execution of all expectations of a Resident Monitor. Oversee Resident monitors in their security roles and work to hold them accountable and provide guidance and training to a team.
