Immediate Hiring for Maintenance Engineers in Spokane!

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of both interior and exterior facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude toward preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the premises.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of facilities.

• Perform cleaning tasks, including graffiti removal and trash disposal.

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance for the building and surroundings.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of both indoor and outdoor areas.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in building maintenance.

• Strong ability to perform preventive maintenance effectively.

• Expertise in cleaning and repairing minor damages.

• Proficiency in general upkeep tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and ensure high standards of maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
