What You'll Do:

As a Civil Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of projects across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include:

• Performing civil design calculations and technical analyses
• Drafting and designing using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Conducting construction inspection & administration
• Analyzing and modeling public infrastructure systems
• Writing technical reports and communicating project details effectively

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for motivated engineers who are passionate about civil design and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
• EIT certification required, PE license preferred in Washington or ability to obtain within 2 years
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and deadlines
• Proficient in problem-solving and task prioritization
• Experience with AutoCAD and organizational tools is a plus
• Construction-related experience is desirable
• Familiarity with Washington state work or residency is preferred

Project Experience in One or More of the Following Areas:

• Water distribution or sewer collection systems
• Stormwater system design
• Road and highway projects
• Water or wastewater treatment systems
• Subdivision and land development
• Commercial site design
• Federal government facility projects (e.g., U.S. Air Force)
