Job Description:

Full-time Physical Therapist position in an out-patient, private practice setting treating adults with orthopedic conditions. The position is 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling. We are seeking a PT with experience treating adults in an outpatient setting, but will also consider new graduates needing mentorship. We have an experienced team of PTs who are able to provide supervision and mentorship as needed. The position comes with competitive salary based on experience with profit sharing, vacation and sick pay, paid license and APTA dues, generous continuing education budget, medical and dental, paid holidays, sign on bonus, and 401k with generous employer contribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on evidence-based practice
  • Work directly with patients and caregivers to maximize function
  • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress with family and caregivers
  • Record and document patient care services
  • Collaborate with other team members for comprehensive care

Qualifications:

  • New grads accepted
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Must have or obtain license to practice as a PT in the state of Washington
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
