Job Description:

The Manufacturing Supervisor I/II/III oversees aseptic manufacturing operations such as compounding, preparation, filtration, filling, and lyophilization across various departments. The Supervisor III specifically manages a manufacturing area, reviews SOPs and Batch Production Records, and ensures cGMP compliance through training and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise manufacturing operations, report status, and coordinate with peers.
• Review and update manufacturing documentation.
• Provide training on cGMP, job tasks, and safety.
• Maintain SOPs and BPRs, ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Supervise performance, conduct deviations investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Prepare reports, analyze costs, and participate in budgeting.
• Hire, coach, evaluate performance, and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Recommend capital expenditures and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve production issues.
• Schedule validation of processes and equipment.
• Maintain environmental monitoring limits.

Additional for Supervisor III:

• Trained in at least two manufacturing departments.

Qualifications:

All levels require proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, conflict management, cGMP interpretation, and clean room experience. Vision requirement is 20/30 corrected near-point vision.

Shift Options:

• Various shifts with different days and times, including night shifts with shift differentials.

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Supervisor I: BSc + 6 months or BA + 2 years or no degree + 4 years pharma/supervisory experience.
• Supervisor II: BSc/BA + 2 years or no degree + 4 years pharma/supervisory experience.
• Supervisor III: BSc/BA + 4 years or no degree + 5 years pharma/supervisory experience.
