Job Description

The Manufacturing Supervisor I/II/III oversees aseptic manufacturing operations such as compounding, preparation, filtration, filling, and lyophilization across various departments. The Supervisor III specifically supervises a manufacturing area, develops and reviews SOPs and Batch Production Records, and ensures cGMP compliance through training, observation, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing operations, including compounding antigens, and report operational status.
• Review and update manufacturing documentation.
• Provide cGMP, safety, and job-specific training.
• Maintain SOPs and BPRs, ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Supervise employee performance, conduct deviations investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Order supplies and equipment, prepare monitoring reports, and assist in budgeting.
• Interview, coach, evaluate performance, and support disciplinary actions.
• Recommend capital expenditures and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve production issues.
• Schedule validation of processes and equipment, and monitor environmental limits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Conflict management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations.
• Experience in clean room environments.

Shift Details

Shift B: Mon-Wed & every other Thu, 12-hour shifts, 6 PM - 6 AM, with a 10% shift differential.

Experience & Education Requirements

• Supervisor I: Bachelor's degree + 6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Supervisor II: Bachelor's degree + 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Supervisor III: Bachelor's degree + 4 years related experience or equivalent.
