Supervisor I, II, III - Manufacturing/Formulation

This position involves overseeing aseptic manufacturing operations such as compounding, preparation, filtration, filling, and lyophilization across various departments. Responsibilities include supervising manufacturing activities, maintaining documentation, training staff, ensuring cGMP compliance, investigating deviations, managing supplies, and collaborating with other departments.

The Supervisor III level additionally requires being trained in at least two manufacturing departments, generating and reviewing SOPs and Batch Production Records, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert.

Qualifications for all levels include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Conflict management and influencing skills
• Understanding of cGMP regulations
• Experience working in clean room environments

Shift:

Shift B: Mon – Wed & every other Thursday, 12-hour shifts, 6 PM - 6 AM (10% shift differential).

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Supervisor I: BSc + 6 months related experience, or BA + 2 years, or no degree + 4 years pharma/supervisory experience.
• Supervisor II: BSc/BA + 2 years, or no degree + 4 years pharma/supervisory experience.
• Supervisor III: BSc/BA + 4 years, or no degree + 5 years pharma/supervisory experience.

Compensation:

• Supervisor I: $77,969 - $109,100
• Supervisor II: $77,969 - $119,000
• Supervisor III: $80,500 - $133,400
