What You'll Do:
- Provide technical guidance to peers, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Configure, install, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and print servers.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them efficiently.
- Evaluate new desktop technologies, making recommendations to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with management and users to select and implement hardware and software solutions.
What We're Looking For: - Strong knowledge of PC and printer configurations, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a professional setting.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor peers.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staying up to date on emerging desktop technologies.

Requirements Knowledge/Education: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Working knowledge of various PC software packages and operating systems required.
Working knowledge of PC hardware components required.
License/Certification Relevant hardware or software certification preferred.
Valid in-state driver's license
required.ExperienceThree years related experience required. To include: PC repair, trouble shooting and configuration and reading hardware diagrams.
