As a Banker at Banner Bank, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience, acting as the face of the Bank. You will process transactions accurately and efficiently while helping clients achieve their financial goals by actively referring and selling our Bank's products and services through in-person and telephone interactions. We value reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in all assignments.

  • What you'll need:
    • Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in cash handling, client service, and sales.
    • Previous experience as a Teller is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proper phone and email etiquette.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships; exceptional customer service skills.
    • Note: Higher levels of experience may result in consideration for a higher-level role within the same job category.

  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Targeted starting hourly range (based on experience): $18+/hour.
