The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a vital role by providing strategic insights and guiding investment decisions. This position oversees budgeting, forecasting, leads key financial analyses, and manages a high-performing FP&A team.

Applicants must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone, with a requirement to work one day per week in the Seattle office if local.

The Director reports directly to the Divisional CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual budget process across all channels and departments.
  • Lead monthly forecasting, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand operational drivers and performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on financial modeling for new opportunities.
  • Communicate financial insights effectively to leadership.
  • Support fleet analysis, including ROIC on capital investments.
  • Utilize technology to analyze data for decision-making.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in FP&A with progressive responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in multi-unit retail with online presence.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership in team building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Curiosity and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with budgeting processes and financial systems improvement.
  • Influence leadership decisions and drive outcomes.
