Job Summary:

Netrush is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our amazing team with a record of successfully increasing revenue and brand awareness. The Marketing Lead collaborates with brand partners and customers to ensure that Amazon and Omnichannel revenue targets are met. This position is accountable for the execution and strategy of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on the consumer. The individual is responsible for informing, executing, and monitoring brand partners' digital strategies across channels and platforms, maximizing revenue and marketing ROI for Netrush and our partners.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Support and co-author 3-year strategic plan with Brand Partners

Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels

Oversee budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to ensure a high return on investment and a low cost of acquisition.

Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns

Create creative briefs to define program objectives and key performance indicators, optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment.

Analyze and manage the performance of pay-per-click and other advertising campaigns

Collaborate closely with brand partners to share ideas, feedback, and current results regarding funnel conversion optimization.

To accomplish goals, collaborate closely with managed accounts and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

2 years of digital and marketplace experience

2 years Amazon Marketing experience

Worked for brands and agencies

Data-driven storyteller, with a consumer centric focus

Managed budgets and negotiate aggressive investments

Proficient in writing creative briefs

Experience in social marketing, DSP, and other advanced marketing programs

All-in-one growth leader that can support actions across omnichannel platforms including DTC, Amazon, Walmart, others.

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology or related field

Experience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Passionate about software, developing business and technology

Previous experience selling on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range is $70k-$85k per year, depending on experience and location

Eligible for bonus structure
