JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role leads the execution of the Company's property management strategy for the assigned portfolio and markets. Responsibilities include directing the team, implementing policies, programs, and initiatives to achieve financial goals, and developing programs that promote customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and market growth. The position will primarily oversee our Spokane and Idaho operations, with a small portfolio in Seattle, requiring regular travel between these markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning: Formulate annual goals and business plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements, reconciling monthly reports, and coordinating with senior management on resource needs.
  2. Operational Oversight: Monitor performance and ensure compliance with property management policies through inspections, financial reviews, audits, and corrective actions.
  3. Team Management: Oversee staffing, talent acquisition, and performance management for the markets and portfolios assigned.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging potential clients, preparing proposals, and managing transactions.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain communication with clients, provide performance reports, respond to inquiries promptly, and act on feedback to improve service.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, communicate opportunities and threats, and develop business plans to support growth and market presence.
  7. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance business performance through new programs, policies, and practices.
  8. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, oversee contracts and invoices, and ensure effective communication.
  9. Reporting and Administration: Complete required reports, analyses, and perform other duties as assigned.
  10. The annual salary range is $132,000 - $190,000, based on location. This position can be based in Seattle or Spokane.

    Additional Compensation

    Eligibility for bonuses varies by role and location, including quarterly or annual bonuses for corporate roles and weekly/monthly/quarterly bonuses for onsite roles.
