The skilled labor department is responsible for a variety of tasks in the process of manufacturing custom air handling units.
The skilled labor position builds air handling units for hospitals, pharmaceutical laboratories, microchip manufacturers, universities, automotive manufacturing plants and countless other institutional, industries, and commercial facilities.

- All types of welding
- Metal fabrication
- Physically fit (demanding physical labor)
- Construction math and tape measure use
- Blue print reading
- Work from heights, ladders
- Use a wide variety of air and electric hand tools to assemble units
- Conduit and conduit bending skills
- Construction experience
- Computer aptitude
