Our client, a leading investment platform, is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their legal and compliance team in a dynamic, high-impact role.

This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in a national law firm or in-house legal department, particularly as a compliance associate or paralegal. The individual will be supporting regulatory filings, financing transactions, corporate governance, and cross-functional compliance initiatives - all while working closely with senior leadership and investment teams.

Key highlights:

• Manage corporate formation and compliance across the holding company structure
• Liaise with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
• Coordinate approvals and closings for fund transactions
• Lead document retention and compliance efforts
• Collaborate across departments, including Tax, Finance, and HR

This role is for someone with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. A BA/BS is required, and strong Microsoft Office/SharePoint experience is expected.
