Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our security, safety, and risk management programs, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and high guest service standards. This leadership role involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety and security protocols, managing a multidisciplinary team, and collaborating with various departments and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Operations: Develop and enforce security protocols, manage security technology, and oversee investigations.
2. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks; lead business continuity planning.
3. Safety & Emergency Management: Ensure OSHA compliance, lead emergency response planning, and maintain safety equipment.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to gaming regulations, laws, and internal controls; liaise with regulatory agencies.
5. Leadership: Manage budgets, performance metrics, staff development, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field; extensive senior leadership experience in casino security may substitute.
• 8+ years in casino security/safety management, including 5+ years in senior roles.
• Expertise in gaming regulations, security technologies, investigations, OSHA compliance, and emergency planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ethical standards.

Additional Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain gaming licenses.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergencies 24/7.

Compensation

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr. Actual pay based on skills and experience.
