Description:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in full cycle recruiting and talent management.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Knowledge of talent management best practices is preferred.
  6. Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  7. Excellent operational/analytical skills.
  8. Experience using data to measure the success of existing initiatives and inform opportunities for new initiatives.
  9. Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and focus on continuous improvement.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to work on-site at our office in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leads the full-cycle recruitment process, from attracting to sourcing, to interviewing and onboarding.
  2. Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Collaborates with functional leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies.
  4. Tracks and analyzes program effectiveness, gathering key data insights and feedback from stakeholders and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Creates a welcoming and informative onboarding experience for new hires.

Business travel requirements are anticipated to be no more than 20-25% per month.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Category Leadership: Help define and execute strategies to establish and grow awareness of the Spatial AI category through AR/PR and outbound marketing efforts.
  2. Lead Generation Strategies: Develop innovative lead generation initiatives to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels.
  3. Content Creation: Create original, engaging, and high-quality content, including blog posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct hands-on analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
